On Saturday, September 7, the renowned Outstanding in the Field team will set up their epic celebrated table on the hills of Lila’s Farm in Great Barrington, Mass. Chef Dan Smith will prepare a four-course meal in the great outdoors on a wood-fired grill using farm-fresh ingredients. Smith has been working together with Lila Berle for more than ten years and, in fact, was Berle's first customer. John Andrews Farmhouse Restaurant specializes in regional American cuisine with an emphasis on local fresh and seasonal ingredients and Italian regional influences.
